Model P19W, shown with optional digital thermostat, holds 1/2 lb of wax or plastic. It is 3 in. diameter by 2 in. deep, and operates at 120v. The steel liner (crucible) is heated evenly around its perimeter, and can be removed and replaced easily. Extra liners are available for changing compounds. The heat range can be adjusted from 70F to 800F, using a built in SCR power control and hi-limit thermostat. The actual temperature is monitored with your thermometer, or you can opt for a remote digital thermostat which displays current temperature and set point. Price:  P19W $170.00. Extra liners are $39.00 each Digital thermostat, add $550.00.  For 240V operation, add $80.00

This custom made 250-gallon melter is made with a long sloping funnel leading to a large, heated drain valve. The melter is controlled with a remote digital controller at 400F.  A stirrer maintains  the consistency of a special wax compound during the melt cycle. This melter will be mounted later onto a stand, to allow room for a container under the drain..

MULTI MELTERS WITH INTERCHANGEABLE POTS

Wenesco's MU series Multi-Melters can be used to melt separate batches of product using a main melter with interchangeable pots.  The main melter nests the pot just over a convection heater, which is controlled with a remote digital thermostat. The pot and contents are easily removed from the main melter.    Our Multi Melters include two stainless steel pots with handles.

Model MPU5X High Power electric kettle is designed for rapid heating of water and other liquids. Five gallons of water can be heated from room temperature to boil in 20 minutes.   The kettle, made  from stainless steel throughout, and is fully insulated, including an insulated  cover.  Temperature is controlled with an accurate analog thermostat, calibrated in degrees. STIRRERS

Stirrers are available with your choice of conventional propellers or “side wiping” propellers that clean the melter's wall during the heat cycle.. The entire stirrer is easily removed from the melter for cleaning or service.    Stirrers for larger melters and higher torque are quoted to requirements.  Variable speed control is available for most stirrers.
