Wenesco's spray fluxers will retrofit any wave solder machine
Classic I -- shown with mini exhaust hood and compact flux applicator.
Spray fluxing lets you control the fluxing process with extreme precision while dramatically decreasing flux usage. Our time-tested spray fluxers require very little maintenance and are a breeze to install. Our reciprocating spray nozzle system applies atomized flux in a precise consistent pattern over the entire circuit board. The nozzle cleans itself after each spray cycle, thus assuring little or no down time.
The applicator footprint is 24.375"x 6.75" (62 cm x 17 cm)

Classic I shown installed in our entrance conveyor. This configuration utilizes your conveyor extension or infeed conveyor to transport the PCB through the spray zone. A minimum of 250 CFM is required at the 6" exhaust duct. Particles and liquid are trapped by a washable filter.
