All models thermostat controlled. Dial is numbered 1-10 Temperature range:450F- 950F/ Accuracy approx +/- 25F
Power controls are available to reduce temperature range to 0-850F Digital thermostats, (standard on P19D) are available for close temperature
control, temperature display, and expanded range-( 0-950F).
Wenesco models MPM1B & MPM1C are made for casting, reclaiming, alloying, and refining gold, silver and other metals with similar or lesser melting temperatures. Equipped with electronic temperature controls with digital displays, these melters can reach a maximum temperature of 2010° F (1100 ° C). The digital temperature control will prevent overshoot and protect the heating element from overheating. Tongs are provided to easily remove crucible.

Normal operation for standard round melters is 0-800F. Operation at higher temperatures typically results in decreased heater element life,
but modifications for operation up to 1000F are available. Please contact Wenesco with your specs.
